WIP - Begonias on Parade - Update 2

Still plodding away.  I am finding the Aquabord to be a bit of a challenge at this size.  I like to use it on smaller works - this painting is 22 x 30".  I am finding the larger areas to be not so straight forward.  It is almost like learning a new language - or holding your hairdryer with your other hand - uncomfortable - and yet possible.  I absolutely love the way the transparent colours shine through.

The patient part with letting it dry completely between layers, as in 24 hours or so - well, I am not there.       Keep working over the same areas -  and the paint lifts as in acrylics!!! What the ?  And the pebbly surface - well the pebbles remain white - or the paint rubs off, not really sure! Again, what the????

Have only one more panel this size - likely not going to buy more.  Am happy with the 11 x 14 or smaller sizer though.
