Go to Blogger.com.

Sign up. 

Go to Blogger.com.>
Sign up.  Like I did Shown In the Picture.>

Then Press New Blog.

Then On the Next Page Choose Your Blogs Title .

And Url,

And Alos Select Theme For Your Blog.

Then Press Create Blog.

Now Select your Blog And Press the Pencil mark Or press The New post buttotn and Start Writting Posts.
